Description
Inspired by our beer mustard process, we toasted coriander seeds and soaked them in blanco tequila overnight. This becomes the backbone of flavor for Cori. A respectable amount of ghost peppers delivers the heat without overpowering the flavor. Roasted tomatoes, carrots, and bell peppers add depth and sweetness, while black garlic, lime juice, and a few tortilla chips add the final touches. A medium-heat sauce with bold Southwestern flavor and uncompromising quality.
