Not going to lie, this is one of the lucky ones. It started with a coworker giving me a bag of purple jalapeños. As a joke, we made a sauce that night with whatever we had and put his name on it. The next day, we passed it around at work, and it was a hit. So I switched to red jalapeños—easier to source. That was the only change. A classic red sauce with low heat and great flavor. Perfect on almost anything.
